On January 27th, 2021 my sweet angel Violet Serena Kessler was born sleeping. I was just 4 short weeks away from her due date when the world came crashing down and our lives were forever changed. Violet died from a blood clot in her umbilical cord which is something we never saw coming, making the hardest part about all of this is that there were no signs and nothing I could have done differently to save her. My heart breaks every day for my daughter who didn’t get a chance to live. 

This tragedy has impacted me in ways I never thought possible and it was organizatons like the Star Legacy Foundation that provided me with the support and resources I needed as I navigated through my journey of grief. 

I am so grateful to be apart of this community and I want to do my part to help raise awareness and funding to allow this organiziaton to continue with their great work!
