I can't believe this will be our third year hosting this event. A couple years ago I had a vision to make something like this exist and it has been amazing seeing it grow more and more every year. We've raised more dollars, we've reached more people, and we've honored more babies. On May 5th, 2017, Charlotte was stillborn at 39 weeks. Our lives changed forever and I'll spend the rest of my life honoring and remembering her. This grief will stay with us forever.
Star Legacy Foundation does a lot of work in the loss space. Research, family support, advocacy, etc. I have found my time as a peer companion for other moms some of the most rewarding work I have done in honor of her. I will continue to raise money for this organzation that's helped so many!
