Strava Mileage Tracker

Use Strava to track your miles and show donors what you are doing to reach your 26.2 mile goal!

You can create or remove this section by clicking on YOUR NAME in the top right corner and then click EDIT MY PAGE at the bottom of the left menu.

Click on the EYE ICON to 'Show' or 'Not Show' the Strava box on your page. If you choose not to show the box, you do not need to do anything further. All mileage is on the honor system, so you do not need to use Strava to participate in the event or validate your miles. All rewards, such as the medal or t-shirt, are based on fundraising amounts.

To create your Strava account, download the free app or go to Strava.com.  Join Trauma Support Services club.
Login to the app, choose your activity type, and track your first walk/run using RECORD button. (You must have activity before sharing to your page.)

To link to your fundraising page, go to Strava.com and login. Click on your profile image at top right, and go to MY PROFILE.
Toward the bottom right of the profile page, click on SHARE YOUR RIDES and choose one or both ways to share your activity.  Highlight and COPY the code(s).
Return to your fundraising page. Click on YOUR NAME at top right, and then, click EDIT MY PAGE at bottom left.
Click on the GEAR WHEEL ICON for this Strava box. Click on SOURCE button. DELETE all existing text. Then, PASTE code from your Strava profile.
Be sure to click UPDATE at the bottom of the box and then the green SAVE PAGE button when finished.

If you add the Strava widget, your activity including location can be seen by anyone that visits your fundraising page.
