Most people want flowers for their birthday - I wanted a challenge. I am calling it my 60 for 60 - A Memory to Remember.
This summer, I will travel to Poland to participate in the Ride For The Living, a 60-mile bike ride from Auschwitz-Birkenau to JCC Krakow. This year’s RFTL is the Tenth Edition and commemorates 80 years since the liberation of Auschwitz. It's being referred to as the Ride of the Decade! The RFTL also celebrates the resilience of Jewish life in Poland and contributes to JCC Krakow’s multiple missions including: providing humanitarian aid for Ukrainian refugees, supporting Israeli citizens, and most importantly, combating antisemitism.
