This month, I will again be participating in the Ride For The Living. No, you know i don't know how to ride a bike so will be walking 3 miles from Płaszów concentration camp
to JCC Krakow. I'll also be volunteering for events associated with the walk.
I am so incredibly excited and proud to support the JCC.
Money raised will go to a number of programs including a Senior Club with 60 Holocaust survivors.
Additionally, in the last three years, JCC Krakow has been a key partner in providing humanitarian assistance to over 400,000 Ukrainians. I volunteer twice/week at their food pantry.

This is personal for me. My mama was a 17 year old farm girl taken by Nazis to Germany as slave labor. She could have ended up in a camp. I see my mama in the faces of the survivors.
