Xtreme Hike 2025: Grand Canyon North to South Rim

As many of you know, Caden was diagnosed with Spinocerebellar Ataxia Type 5 (SCA5) at 20 months old. Since the day we learned of his diagnosis, the National Ataxia Foundation has been a critical part of our journey.
From connecting us with families that have become great friends, to advocating for the ataxia community, the NAF works relentlessly to help further research in attempt to find treatments that will help others just like Caden.
This fall, I will be joining the NAF and members of the community as we hike the Grand Canyon from North Rim to South Rim, a 24 1/2 mile hike in one day. In return, I have pledged $10,000 that will go to the NAF to support their vision: A World Without Ataxia.
