Junior Achievement: Empowering young people to own their economic success®
Thank you for supporting my fundraising efforts for JA of Southern Colorado!
Did you know through supporting Junior Achievement you can stimulate the U.S. economy and equip future generations with the skills they will need to own their economic success? Students are eager to learn about what they will need to be successful—from money management to career readiness and entrepreneurship—and Junior Achievement, with your support, is here to empower them to achieve their aspirations.
Through JA financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship programs, delivered by volunteers, students connect classroom learning with real life. This allows them to recognize the value of staying in school and may improve graduation rates. Additionally, the knowledge students acquire will enable them to manage their finances, develop in-demand job skills and understand entrepreneurship. Consequently, as adults, they will be more likely to be responsible citizens, obtain good jobs, and start and run businesses effectively, which will create new jobs and stimulate economic growth. At Junior Achievement, we envision a prosperous future for our students and nation.
Each year, I help our local office in Colorado Springs raise money to achieve our mission by participating in their annual Bowl-A-Thon. I respectfully ask and very much appreciate your support. The link below will take you to my fundraising page.
Thank You for your generosity!
