Event Details

Thank you for joining us in-person at the Warren Conference Center and Inn in Ashland, MA!

When: Sept. 25th from 9am-12p. See above for a more detailed breakdown of the event. 

Where: The Warren Conference Center and Inn in Ashland, MA. Please see the parking information section for more details. The event takes place rain or shine!

Check-In: When you arrive at the Walk, please check in at registration under the orange tent! *Onsite registration will not be available on Walk Day so please be sure to register everyone in your party by Friday, September 23rd.

​​​​​​​Activities: Hang out with your people, play some lawn games, get your facepainted, and visit our sponsors before and after we walk! 

We have some amazing prizes that we’ll be awarding to our top individual fundraisers during the Pre-Walk Ceremony, as well as some fun awards to give out so be sure to follow us on social media to stay up to date with the latest walk news!

Bathrooms: Restrooms will be available close to the parking and event area, if you're not sure where to go ask a Walk Volunteer to point you in the right direction. A changing station and private feeding area will be available with the restrooms closest to the field.

Event Parking

The Walk parking area is located on the field directly next to the main tent. 

For GPS directions, please use 531 Chestnut St. Ashland, MA to take you directly to the parking entrance. Look for the RNE Welcome flag marking the entrance and there will be parking attendants to help direct you from there. 

Handicapped accessible spaces are available. Please either email us ahead of time or when you arrive let a volunteer know if you require a handicapped accessible spot.

FAQs

*This is a fully outdoor event and masks will not be required. We welcome you to make the best choice for your family regarding mask use and social distancing.

*As much as we love dogs, this venue is humans-only so please plan on leaving all pets at home on Walk Day.

*Our 1 mile walk route does include an unpaved portion of the Warren field, which might be a little tough to navigate with an umbrella stroller.

*Incentive items and top fundraising prizes will be based on fundraising totals as of 9a on Sept. 25th. Incentive items can be collected during check-in at the orange RNE tent and fundraising prizes will be awarded during the pre-Walk ceremony.

*There will be event photographers capturing walk memories for us but you are welcome to let them know if you’d prefer not to have your picture taken.
