Every year I train in the hot hot summer sun and ride to raise money to support Phoenix Bikes, an awesome Arlington nonprofit that educates youth in grades 6-12 in bike mechanics, allows them to earn their very own bike for free, and gets them out riding, racing, and giving back to the community with their new skills.
This year I'm planning to ride a full "sizzling summer century" -- 100 miles -- on August 3rd, and all you have to do is sit back and click a couple of times to support the cause.
