I have been volunteering with Phoenix Bikes here in Arlington, VA, since 2012!
I continue to raise money, and to volunteer teaching Earn a Bike classes, and to serve on the board at Phoenix because I see up close how youth develop skills and confidence and relationships in the shop that enrich and change their lives.
As many of you know, I am in Paris to watch the Olympics so I will be doing my ride in France this year. I am riding 70 miles on paved trail and gravel from Paris, to Meaux, where brie cheese was first created and back.
