JA works really hard to help students of all ages learn how to set goals, work towards those goals, and then be successful as adults.  Their programs teach about financial literacy-- the difference between WANTS and NEEDS, how our economic system works, and how to budget and save money.  JA helps prepare students for the world of work - workforce readiness.  Employers need people who understand how to work together on a team, arrive to work on time and prepared to work, and how to solve problems when they arise.  Finally, JA teaches about entrepreneurship!  Yes students-- YOU can own and run your own business....and be successful!
