Every year, Connected Lane County works with over 2,000 14-24 year olds in Lane County, increasing educational and employment opportunities and providing basic needs support. At Connected Lane County, we are passionate about this cause and need your help! Every donation—big or small—helps us reach our fundraising goal and, most importantly, the youth we support. Personally, I'm working to raise $10,000 toward the Ready, Set, Thrive goal - thank you joining us in creating greater access and opportunities for the rising generation!

READY – Meeting Immediate Needs
Before young people can dream big, their basic needs must be met. Flexible funding allows us to provide real-time support via certified peer-support specialists, food and transportation assistance, workwear, and testing or enrollment fees, so barriers don’t prevent youth from showing up ready to learn and grow.

SET – Setting Youth up for Success
We set young people up for success through individualized educational support. Whether it’s finishing high school, finding the right GED pathway, or preparing for college and career, your gift allows our staff to provide one-on-one academic guidance, goal setting, and connections to mental health and basic needs resources to stay engaged and on the path to graduation.

THRIVE – Equipping Youth with Opportunities
Youth thrive when they have access to paid work experiences that prepare them for the future. Your support provides young people with paid internships, job training, STEM learning labs, hiring fairs, professional and life skills workshops, and trusted peer and adult mentorship. These experiences allow young people to build hands-on skills, gain confidence, and unlock the tools and opportunities to thrive.
