Dear Family & Friends, This year, I have the pleasure of being a captain with Rutgers Dance Marathon (which has probs been one of the best decisions I've made in college so far!) which raises funds for Embrace Kids Foundation. This organization serves children with cancer, blood disorders etc. with social services, counseling, financial assistance, health education, inspirational events and more throughout NJ. This cause is especially close to my heart because of the experiences & passion I’ve developed from working closely with children and their families at Children’s Specialized Hospital. There, I’ve seen the commitment and challenges that many families face, to provide their child with quality care and opportunities, so I see how important having the type of emotional, non medical, financial support that Embrace Kids Foundation provides is. I have also had the privilege of meeting some of the Embrace Kids and hearing some of the patient family stories which only reaffirms the impact that this organization has on others. I greatly appreciate any support towards Embrace Kids Foundation and my efforts. With love, Grace :)
