On September 12 and 13, I will be running 200 miles with my Vinfen team from Lancaster, NH to Hampton Beach, NH. It is all about increasing awareness about and funds to support the health and wellness of people with mental health conditions, disabilities, and life challenges throughout the Vinfen community so that they can live full and meaningful lives.

For the last 15 years, I've had the privilege of putting on my tie every day and going to work helping people with brain injuries and developmental disabilities live more fulfilling lives and work on personal goals. A lot of people really value this work we do, but found vocations that put their time and talent to other important work. The Run-4-Life is an opportunity to serve these vulnerable individuals directly by giving of your treasure instead.

All funds raised will go directly to our Health and Wellness fund, which award small microgrants to Vinfen programs that wish to develop programs and activities that increase overall health awareness and promote community involvement and partnerships that support healthy living. These microgrants support gardening intiatives, fitness groups, gym memberships, and more for people who really benefit from these aids.
