Our relationship with Easterseals began 12 years ago. We walked through the doors of the center with our 6-week-old daughter for follow-up clinic after her discharge from the NICU. We were scared; her future was uncertain and we felt alone. Within moments of meeting the staff and therapists, we knew we had found our therapy home.

When we first started at Easterseals, Brinley had three therapies a week; at some points, we were doing up to 7 therapies a week. And because of that dedication, becaues of the knowledge, skill, talents of the therapy team, Brinley is making strides we never thought possible. Her Easterseals team taught her to walk, to talk, to advocate for herself, to ride a bike, to tie her shoes, to put together puzzles, to swim, to try try and try again. Because of Easterseals, we look to the future with hope.

And today we raise funds for all of the other Brinleys who will walk through those doors scared, uncertain and alone. Now we pay it back.
