Ashlyn and I are participating in the Lung Cancer Awareness Event "Run.Walk.BREATHE" November 5th to support my wonderful friend Casey. She was diagnosed this spring with Stag 4 small cell Lung Cancer and the young age of 38. I have been friends with Casey for 20 years and she is an amazing person.
