Lung Cancer claims as many lives each year as breast, colorectal, and prostate cancer COMBINED!! Yet it is one of the most underfunded types of cancer and is highly attached to the stigma of a “smokers disease.”
Casey was NOT a smoker. She was an active, healthy and fit, young 38 year old female. This devastating disease robbed her of her life.
Casey was adamant about helping raise awareness and advocating for any other warrior that will have to fight this battle.
