Debbie Poslosky had such an impact on all of us who knew her. Her positive attitude and zest for life, her joy in being a wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, and her love of teaching did not fade after she was diagnosed with lung cancer. Her strength as she faced some of the toughest moments of her life was remarkable, and she was so grateful for the care she received from her doctors during her treatment. She once remarked that she would love to do a walk just like this one day, with friends and family by her side, to help support more research into this awful disease. 

On November 4th, we will gather together a community of people who knew and loved Debbie, or who know and love those of who did, and walk for her instead of with her. We had pink bracelets made during Debbie's final moments declaring us Ambassadors of Fun, reflecting her desire to make even the hardest moments full of joy, just like she lived her life. We will bring this same energy to the walk. We hope you can join us!
