Every spring Salesianum comes together as a school to raise money for a local charitable organization.. This year's fundraiser (we call it Salsthon) benefits St. Patrick's Center which helps provide food, clothing, and transportation to people in need in our local community.
Here are some of the facts...
“At St. Patrick’s Center, we transform lives by building community, addressing poverty, and restoring hope.”
Every month, St. Patrick's Center feed 3,500 people in the Wilmington area.
In 2022, St. Patrick's Center served approximately 30,000 people in Wilmington.
Every month they serve approximately 400 Meals-on-Wheels meals, and their paratransit busses provide over 1,000 free trips for seniors.
