My name is Luca Rossi and I am a member of the Salesianum student council. With SALSTHON 2025, we hope to make a momentous difference in the future of our state's youth. Our beneficiary, Read Aloud Delaware, provides crucial reading sessions and supplies underserved youth with the resources necessary to develop an adequate reading level. Delaware has one of the lowest high school graduation rates in the US, and, according to studies, a child's reading level directly correlates with high school graduation potential. Additionally, the youth literacy rate is strikingly low in our state. Read Aloud Delaware hopes to give each child it serves a bright future through the power of reading.
