I’m raising money for SALSTHON, my school’s student-run dance marathon, and I’m also part of the committee helping to plan this amazing event! This year, we’re supporting Read Aloud Delaware, an incredible organization that helps young children (ages 1-5) develop literacy skills through volunteer-led reading sessions.

Research shows that kids who are read to early in life have bigger vocabularies, better language skills, and greater success in school and beyond. Read Aloud Delaware is working every day to close the achievement gap and give every child a strong start.
