Hi, my name is Donny Brunner. I am a sophomore at Salesianum and I play football and run track here. Every year, Sallies hosts an annual fundraiser for different local non-profit organizations. This year, we have selected to raise money for Read Aloud Delaware. Read Aloud Delaware serves thousands of children across Delaware, ensuring they are read to regularly and have access to critical literacy resources. Through their programs, Read Aloud Delaware partners with over 100 early childhood centers and schools, helping to build strong educational foundations for Delaware's youngest learners. This year, all the money that is raised will be used by read aloud Delaware to build a moving library. They will use a van to drive around to different places and read to young children and give books to young children. I believe that the money is going to a great cause because reading is a very important  aspect to having a good education and becoming more intelligent.
