As a Padua student, I have been given the opportunity to participate in SALSTHON, an annual fundraiser for a local Delaware foundation. The proceeds from this year's event will go to Read Aloud Delaware: an organization dedicated to teaching children foundational literacy skills. The money raised will go towards new literacy resources, such as a library on wheels. To increase the number of children touched and impacted by Read Aloud Delaware, the SUP community has committed to raising at least $200,000. Last year, we raised a total of $225,124 for St. Patrick's Center, so we think we can do it again!
If you are able to donate, I would appreciate the help in reaching my individual goal of $250!
