Esai Mateo such an extraordinary little guy , 1 in 4000 approximately 1000 babies are born with hlhs yearly , hlhs a rare congenital heart disease hypoplastic left heart syndrome. A rare and severe condition which the left ventricle is underdeveloped the left ventricle is the strongest ventricle in the heart function without it one will not survive, hlhs requires 3 surgeries for repair and correction, 1in 4000 and we are lucky enough to know 1 Esai has undergone 3 heart  surgeries and 1 in the womb along with other procedures who makes a greater hero and a warrior than Esai. Esai is full of joy love and strength he loves paw patrol and playing he loves to be cuddled Esai has the warmest hugs and most precious smile, Esai has many obstacles a head of him but he will continue to show us miracles are real , We walk in honor of Esai and show him the love and support he is surrounded by his fight is our fight.Thank you for your generosity, and for standing beside me in this mission.
