I've been involved with SARC for many years and am always blown away by all that their dedicated team does to provide support and hope to those who desperately need it. Together with my fellow yoga teacher trainees, we created Team Ground Your Heels and are walking to raise awareness of this incredible Harford County nonprofit that provides vital support to people experiencing domestic violence, sexual violence and stalking by providing safe haven, advocacy, resources and hope.
