This is an extra special year for Fay as she tested for her black belt (Shodan) rank in Seido karate at Thousand Waves: I have been training hard for the past 5 years in this safe space, growing physically, mentally and spiritually.  The test is 5 hour long with old, new and creative challenges for mind, body and spirit.  Please help me celebrate with a generous donation to this wonderful and supportive community.
