I have been doing karate for almost two years now at Thousand Waves in Chicago, IL. I am an Advanced Green belt in Seido karate and I enjoy board breaking, circuit training and exercizing. 

The Spirit Challenge is our annual fundraiser for the dojo so that we can keep the dojo going, get new equipment and provide scholarships for students who need support.
