Join our Giving Tuesday Fundraiser today!

Each year we devote all proceeds of our Giving Tuesday fundraiser to our Patient Reserve Fund, which helps patients pay for small health care items that are not covered by insurance. Remember that School Health Clinics of Santa Clara County serves patients of all ages - not just children and adolescents - and older adults frequently have the most health challenges and the fewest financial resources. In fact, the overwhelming majority of requests for assistance are from older adults for items like:

  • Shower chairs for patients at high risk of falling

  • Blood pressure cuffs for patients with hypertension

  • Glucose monitoring kits for patients with diabetes

  • Lab fees

  • Canes and walkers

These are small things - most cost less than $50, but what a difference they make!

School Health Clinics of Santa Clara County does everything possible to ensure families can access the “extras” that make a huge impact on their health.

Please join our Giving Tuesday campaign - as a donor and a fundraiser - to ensure local families get the care they need.
