I'm raising money for School Health Clinics of Santa Clara County!

I’m thrilled to be participating in School Health Clinics of Santa Clara County's GIVING TUESDAY campaign, a fundraiser to improve the health of low income families in our community.

I’m passionate about this cause and need your help!

All proceeds will be used to help patients obtain small health care items that are not covered by insurance. School Health Clinics serves low income patients across the lifespan - not just children and adolescents - and older adults frequently have the most health challenges and the fewest financial resources. Your support will help them access items like:

  • Shower chairs for patients at high risk of falling
  • Blood pressure cuffs for patients with hypertension
  • Glucose monitoring kits for patients with diabetes
  • Lab fees
  • Canes and walkers

Most cost less than $50, but what a difference they make!

Please join us in ensuring that low income families in Santa Clara County have access to the care they need by clicking the donate button. If you wish to avoid processing and platform fees, feel free to mail a check payable to School Health Clinics of Santa Clara County, 6840 Via del Oro, Suite 210, San Jose CA 95119.

Every donation—big or small—helps me reach my fundraising goal and provides direct help to people who need it most.

Thank you for standing by me in this effort. Your support means the world to me!

p.s. Don't forget to Spread the Word by sharing my fundraising page with your friends, family, and social networks. Let’s spread awareness so we can raise more!
