I am walking to support the School District of a good friend, Hunter Bogyo.  He just started Kindergarten at this great school and he needs all of the support to help provide all the fabulous tools and equipment to support his learning.  Any donation is appreciated.

I’m participating in this event to raise funds for Special Education District of Lake County (SEDOL), a cooperative educational system working with school districts throughout the county to serve students who are facing physical, emotional, and other learning challenges. These funds will be used to directly enrich the educational, vocational, and social opportunities for children with disabilities in Lake County. I have seen firsthand how much SEDOL students and their families need our help and I know what a direct and meaningful impact we can provide. Taking care of the members of our community who are most in need is a responsibility that we all share and one that I am personally committed to.
