No one walk the journey alone.
When a family embarks on a special needs journey, schedules and focus often immediately shift toward those needs. Normal is no longer what it once was, and now consists of securing doctor referrals, scheduling therapy, making travel arrangements, and championing for services. SHARE recognizes these challenges and commits to providing support to not just the child, but the entire family unit. SHARE understands that a thriving family unit is a necessary component to more successfully navigating the challenges that special needs can present. Because of this, it offers Sibling Support Activities, Mom's/Dad's Nights Out, Parent Support Groups, Respite Nights, as well as sensory holiday events – all offered exclusively to its enrolled families at no cost. SHARE families find solace, camaraderie, fellowship and hope among other SHARE families – all aspects that help navigate challenges and enable them to not walk their journeys alone.
