Sitar Arts Center is a safe space and nurturing community for youth to learn and build skills in the arts. Sitar’s high-impact programs prioritize equity, affordability, and mobility by removing financial and cultural barriers to afterschool/summer opportunities and workforce training. Year after year, at least 80% of our 900 students come from families with low-income, and 84% of our students identify as Black, Hispanic, Latinx, or Multi-racial.
