Why I Love Roller Derby

Hi, I'm Shai/Slaughtermelon! This is my 5th year in roller derby. Through it, I have learned new skills, played in exciting bouts, made amazing friends, and have had so much fun. I love both jamming and blocking! When I'm on the track, I feel exhilarated and strong. If I'm having a bad day or feeling down, skating always helps me feel better. 

I would really appreciate it if you would donate. You might feel like it might not make much of a difference, but it will. Your donation will help continue something that gives hundreds of kids and teenagers happiness, strength, and confidence.
