Why I Love Roller Derby

If you know my family you know we're a roller derby family. I (Lily) started skating with Seattle Derby Brats 9 years ago now, and have loved every second i've spent skating with the league. My little siblings followed and we now have 4 skaters on SDB teams. Skating ecourages confidence and strength, and has taught us how to be good teammates and leaders. Roller derby has taught us persistence and determination, both as athletes and as people. I know that I wouldn't be who I am today without it.

The donation you make today helps with things like track time for practices and bouts, our facility, and fun events we put on like the all night skate. It also pays for team jersys and on site medics for our bouts and practices.
