Last year was my first year as a Galaxy Girl... and wow. Being a Galaxy Girl changed my life, and continues to impact it everday. Its a lot of work being on a team of our level, mentally, emotionally and of course physically. All of that work, however, has strengthened me incredibly. I now know what it means to be a strong, healthy, athletic woman. Being on this team taught me to love my body and to take care of it. It also gave me a family of amazing galaxy sisters who I love and who make life better as well as the two most amazing, caring and smart coaches anyone could ever hope for.

This year, we have a lot of travel expenses. Pretty soon we have regionals which will take place in Bend, Oregon. Then, we have a tournament in Los Angles to which we will have to pay our own way. Finally, in July, we go to Philidelphia for champs. Paying for these trips can add up for our families and it would help a lot if people helped us... thats why we have this fundraiser!
