Registration

To view auction items and bid in the Online, Silent, or Live Auction, you must register. Registration is free and no purchase is required.

A valid payment method is needed during registration to enable bidding and purchasing. Please complete the full process to avoid missing out on popular items.

Purchasing Tickets

Additional tickets can be purchased after registration.

To buy tickets, click here or go to the main menu and select “Tickets.”

Payment Information

We kindly ask you to consider covering the 2.95% payment processing fee at checkout — every bit helps support Stella Maris Academy!

Payments are due by Monday, May 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM. If not received by then, your payment method on file will be charged automatically (including the processing fee).

If you need alternate payment arrangements, please contact our School Business Manager, Mrs. Julie Hollis, by April 30, 2026.

Important Policies

•  All bids are binding. If you rescind a winning bid after the auction closes, you will be responsible for any difference between your bid and the next highest bid.
Example: If you bid $5,000 and the next bidder takes the item for $4,500, you are responsible for the $500 difference.

•  Store items are final sale and cannot be returned once the auction closes.

Winners & Pickup

  • Live Auction items will be sold at the Gala on Friday, May 1st, 2026.
  • Online Auction bidding ends Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM.
  •  All purchased auction items can be picked up at Stella Maris Academyon Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Additional details will be emailed to winners after the auction ends.
