Our Snow SMART team is excited to be walking (not streaking) in the Snowflake Streak January 31 to raise money to support the incredible work of HPC! We want to help ensure that HPC can continue to provide medical, dental, and behavioral health care to our low-income or uninsured JoCo neighbors. Our Snow SMART team represents volunteers from the JoCo Be SMART program (besmartforkids.org). Together we can help keep children, families and others healthy and safe in 2026!
