We’re excited to carry on the Sparrow Gala tradition. This year, we’re combining traditional favorites with new elements of fun at High Caliber Karting and Entertainment! Pair your favorite leather jacket or velvet jumpsuit with some elevated casual footwear as we celebrate nostalgia and community under the shimmering lights.

Gala 22 will benefit the new Sparrow Emergency Center Okemos that will bring a comprehensive critical emergency and primary care facility to Meridian Township and neighboring communities.

Health & Safety of our Guests

Our venue for Gala 22 was selected to support the safety precautions we know to be important in minimizing the spread of illnesses. With more than 100,000 square feet of space for guests to explore, over 20-foot ceilings, and a new air-handling system, High Caliber is ready to welcome you.

We are committed to the health and well-being of our Gala guests, and continue to monitor the ever-evolving COVID situation.  Please check back here for updated guidelines or policies that may be in place at the time of the event; if you are feeling ill, please stay home.

Rain Date

After careful review of all factors, we’re delighted to move forward with hosting the Gala on February 26, as planned. The Sparrow Gala has been held on the last Saturday of February for many years and we’re glad to continue that tradition. The identification of a “rain date” on April 22 was an important part of our contingency planning, but we are happy to say you can cross saving that date off your calendars.

Registrations are non-refundable. Should attendance policies in place at time of the event or your personal reasons (illness, change of plans, etc.) prohibit you from attending the event, your registration fee will become a tax-deductible donation to the Sparrow Foundation, with no benefits or services provided, helping to advance the care that Sparrow provides for our community.

Registrations are transferrable; if you are unable to attend and wish to gift your registration to someone else, please feel free to do so. Please contact us at Foundation@sparrow.org with the new registrant's information so we can properly update our records.
