On Saturday, October 3, 2026, the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana Foundation will welcome community leaders, corporate partners, philanthropists, athletes, and supporters to the Spirit of Sport Sneaker Gala at Riverview Health Arena—an inspiring evening celebrating the life-changing impact of adaptive sports while raising critical funds for the RHI Sports Program and RHI Foundation. Guests will enjoy cocktails, a gourmet dinner, exciting auctions, bourbon and jewelry pulls, raffle opportunities, along with keynote speaker Lonnie Bedwell, a blind U.S. Navy veteran and world-renowned adventurer whose remarkable journey exemplifies resilience and determination.Every dollar raised will support the RHI Sports Program and the RHI Foundation, helping provide adaptive sports opportunities for children, adults, veterans, and individuals with physical disabilities, while also assisting RHI patients with critical needs. Together, we are helping individuals build confidence, independence, connection, and a better quality of life both through sports and throughout their rehabilitation journey.
