How do I register my credit card ahead of time? Return to the Spring Splash page – in the upper right hand corner you will see a small gray icon that says “My Account”. You will be prompted to enter the email address you either purchased your tickets with or had your table captain share with us. Once your email address is entered it will ask you to verify your account, and from there it will ask you to create an account to start bidding.
Where can I park? There is a pay-to-park garage connected directly to the Grand Hyatt Seattle that we encourage guests to use, but there are other garages in the area as well. Valet parking is also available for a charge.
One of my guests can’t attend, can I give their ticket to someone else?Absolutely! If you know now who will attend in that original spot, respond to this email and we will update your guest information. If you have a more last minute change, we will take care of this switch at registration night-of. Please note that this is a 21+ event.
