Jenny oversees operations across Stofft Cooney’s Naples and Sarasota offices and brings more than a decade of experience in community leadership, fundraising, and advocacy. A longtime supporter of STARability, she previously served as a Gala Chair and Sponsorship Chair for three consecutive years. Beyond STARability, Jenny is Vice President of the Naples Design District and an engaged mother of two sons with her husband, Tate. A three-time Women’s World Series champion in softball, she’s passionate about mentoring young athletes and building connections through teamwork.

Morgan Rodgers

Owner & Operator, Royal Estate Management

Morgan founded Royal Estate Management in 2013 and, alongside her husband, has grown it from a small venture into a thriving business—all while raising a young family. A founding member of the inaugural STAR Gala Committee, she has remained actively involved for eight years, witnessing STARability’s evolution and the powerful impact it has on hundreds of participants. Morgan’s continued dedication reflects her belief in the importance of purpose, inclusion, and community.

Barbie Kellam

Partner & VP of Marketing and Sales, Connor+Gaskins Homes

Barbie has been a dedicated member of the STARability community for over seven years. She has served on the Gala Committee, including as Co-Chair of the Silent Auction, helping raise vital funds that support STARability’s programs. As a leader at Connor+Gaskins, Barbie is deeply committed to giving back to the community she calls home. When she’s not leading initiatives at work or volunteering, she enjoys life as a devoted mother of two.
