If you would like to donate a centerpiece in memory of a baby/child, please read the instructions below. Please note that you may bring the centerpiece and signage home with you at the end of the evening.
1. Click the "Register" tab
2. Select "Register as a Non-Fundraising Participant"
3. Input your information
4. Select "Centerpiece Sponsorship"
5. Complete "Personal Information" and complete the "Additional Questions" sections. Please make sure you type all information exactly how you would like it printed.
