Stellar Bank Trivia Bowl 2023

During the span of my 27-year career in Finance, I've had the opportunity to teach the JA curriculum at many of our local schools and volunteered to raise funds for the organization. WHY? Because I've seen first-hand the difference that the JA program makes in the education of our young students. The curriculum teaches valuable, life-changing topics such as how to manage money, how business operation looks like, how careers and jobs in our community make our life easier and other valuable topics. I've experienced first-hand the eyes of students light up when they realize they have the desire of managing their own business. I've seen first-hand the satisfaction that students get from working together in teams to handle hypothetical business or engineering issues and come away with a viable solution. It's a great feeling to be a part of this and I hope that you too get a chance to participate with JA one day and experience this for yourself. You'd be positively influencing the next generation of entrepreneurs, community leaders and employees.
