Hi Everyone!  I'm an Engineer - you know that!  Thus my participating in a STEM Event won't surprise you.  You've likely heard it's very challenging lately to hire engineers.  Events like this one get the word out to young students and encourage the next generation to become Engineers!  Or any of the many other STEM (Science-Technology-Engineering-Math) careers.  Whether you support engineering because engineers designed your own home and every other building you love, or because engineers designed your well-engineered smart phone and smart car, or simply because you have Engineer-Nerds in your own life ...
