I want to express my heartfelt thanks for taking a moment to visit my fundraising page.

We walk in honor of Andre Jones. Andre was born April 11th 2022 with Hypoplastic Left heart syndrome. Andre received a series of open heart surgeries, his first being at 8 days old. He came home for the very first time after being in hospital for 3 months.

6 weeks later he went into severe heart failure. Dre was listed for transplant, and waited 157 days for his donor heart. On December 20th, 2022 Andre went to the OR to receive the gift he'd been waiting for.

We'd all been waiting for it. Unfortunately his transplant graft failed, and Andre passed away one month after transplant on January 20th, 2023.

My commitment to making a difference has led me to participate in the Congenital Heart Walk, an event that carries immense significance for me. It's not just a walk; it's a stride toward changing lives. Towards making sure babies and children like Andre get to spend more time at home. And less time in the hospital.

This endeavor is all about supporting The Children's Heart Foundation and their crucial mission - advancing the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects through groundbreaking research.
