Art & Spirit Auction Art Pickup:

Winning bidders may collect their artwork on Sunday, July 23 between 12:30 and 2:30pm at St Mary of the Harbor Parish Hall, 517 Commercial St, Provincetown. Anyone needing to make alternative collection arrangements can email the church office to make an alternative arrangement at smothoffice@gmail.com

For Shipping of Art:

Shipping is not included in the purchase price of the art. Please allow 1- 2 weeks for delivery from the time you notify St Mary’s to release the purchase to the shipper. Contact us at the email address above to release your pieces, we cannot take them to the shipper until we receive your go-ahead. Remember to consider shipping costs for your purchase. Make sure you know the overall size of the piece including the frame. Pieces under glass have greater shipping weight.

Packing and shipping will be handled by an outside agent and arranged for by the purchaser. Art & Spirit will not be responsible for damage or loss once the item has been received by the shipper.

We are using Mailspot Express in Provincetown (508-487-6650). Winning pieces will be hand delivered by us to Mailspot Express. Please note that Mailspot Express is our only local shipper. Thank you for participating in the auction!
