StoryLand Dinner and Auction is the annual fundraising event for Fortress. For 2025, we’re kicking off our 20th anniversary by highlighting some of the real-life stories we’ve been a part of since 2005. While numbers are important in ur work - after all, we capture data and time in numbers - these stories will remind us that each Fortress family is so much "more than a number”. It’s the relationships that transcend enrollment and time that make the difference at Fortress.
The purpose of StoryLand is two-fold:
- to raise awareness about how Fortress supports families who are working hard to break cycles of generational poverty and trauma, and
- to raise funds to sustain the important and life-changing programming offered
