Please support our team in an effort to raise funds and awareness about CJD. We want to cure this disease so that no one has to go through what Rita did and what her family did too. Rita was an amazing woman, wife, mom, aunt, friend and so much more. She passed at the young age of 64 to this terrible disease in 2019. We continue to stride in her honor.

Strides for CJD is an annual walk/run to raise awareness of Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD), a rare neurodegenerative disease that has no treatment or cure. Through this event, anyone -- anywhere -- can pay tribute to their loved ones and raise funds for the CJD Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization.
