Many of you are aware that my beloved Ron passed away on October 12, 2015 from this devastating disease known as Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease.  Rare….they say….and yet everyday more and more people are diagnosed, with absolutely no hope of treatment or cure.  It is FATAL.  But…strides are being made all over the world in areas of diagnosis, treatment, and maybe someday a cure.  Yes…it is not prevalent like heart disease or cancer, but it is on the rise.  I ask you to make a donation in whatever amount to help the CJD Foundation continue the tremendous effort behind the research.

I do believe there is hope, hope for all affected by this rare disease but we must be diligent, passionate and willing to do anything we can to help those affected and their families.
