I want to first thank you if you dontated in the past, but more importantly, thank you for taking the time to read this message during these uncertain times.

Please help my family and I raise money for the National CJD Foundation and select Team Jerry Yaffa.

My father was diagnosed with this horrible disease in May of 2005 and died June 22, 2005.  We wasted so much time going to the best doctors, the best hospitals, nobody could help.  Finaly a neurolgist from Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia explained he had CJD. A fatal neurological disease. He passed away three weeks later.

My father was a strong man!  He lost a leg in an accident at work and survived.  He lost an eye and damaged half his face in another accident, and survived.  He had a massive hear attack and survived.  He never once complained.  He kept smiling and always had a positive outlook. 

It's been my mission to keep keep his memory alive and support the foundation who helped my family and I.

Please give what you can to help find a cure, spread awareness, and help families in need.  Recently there have been 2 positive diagnoses in my community and I know the Foundation helped made a difference.
